From our very FIRST GUESTS at the Peppermill:
a sprinkling of kindness…
(We thought it only fair that Frank gets the top post for his kind words, awesome feedback and being our very first visitors! Frank and Georgia were the perfect guests in every aspect and left a wonderful impression.)
Belle and Dan were gracious and accommodating hosts. They have a lovely older Victorian style home that we found to be clean and very quiet. They are still putting their personal touches into the home as they only recently moved in themselves but they have done an impressive job so far. Belle was easy to stay in touch with both by text and phone. We weren’t able to arrive quite as early as we had planned but it wasn’t a problem and was easily handled by text. The queen bedroom was very quiet, dark and comfortable. There was a nice sized bathroom on the same floor. When I came down for breakfast and saw Belle had a fresh cup of coffee waiting for me in the Kreurig I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. The breakfast was nicely thought out, healthy and nutritious. Not overdone or too much like some but as good as any I’ve had in our many stays at a variety of B&B’s. Belle and Dan, Texas transplants, are an interesting couple. We wish we’d had more time to visit with them. This will be our place to stay when we return to Lamoni. It’s a valuable asset to the town and offers a nice option to the motels on the interstate.

The owners are wicked nice! My mom can’t eat dairy or gluten and she made a special breakfast for my mom. The interior design is out of this world. Each room has a unique set up. The beds are soooooo comfortable. 10/10 I would recommend this B&B. The food is also incredible!!! With a coffee/tea station in the dinning room.

Belle’s home is just beautiful! We had a great stay. Dan invited us to watch the game in the main living area. The breakfast was outstanding. What a lovely couple. I highly recommend Belle’s bnb if you are looking for a comfortable and friendly stay.

Belle and Dan were waiting to invite us into their beautifully decorated turn of the century home. The rooms were warm & inviting and so comfortable to relax in. The food Belle created for us was not only delicious but was picturesque as well. We’ve made new friends & will definitely be back again someday. Oh & they sent us on our way with fresh baked cookies. Lovely stay & will recommend the Peppermill B&B to anyone & everyone.

Belle and Dan are truly amazing hosts. Each meal was prepared beautifully and tasted wonderful. Dan and Belle made each member of my family comfortable and welcomed. We entered Belle and Dan’s home as strangers and left as friends.

The Peppermill B & B was fabulous! Beautiful, well-appointed home with all the amenities you could want. Loved the common areas and the breakfast was way beyond our expectations! Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area!
